                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES 

                                                            APRIL 23, 2012

1:00     Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen W. Abelson, Richard B. Gorden and Mark

            J. Mazur.

1. The Board approved the minutes to our April 12, 2012 board meeting.

2.   The Board was reminded that the Administrative Assessors will be meeting with

      the Board of Selectmen to discuss the relationship between assessment levels and

      tax rates on April 24,2012 at 7:00 P.M.

      3.   The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2012 applications for

abatement for the owners of the following properties:

                                    Parcel      101-127        Denied

                                    Parcel      91-234          Denied

                                    Parcel     101-125        Denied

                                    Parcel      7-56              Granted

                                    Personal Property Account #32790      Granted

4. Several other abatement applications were discussed but not acted upon,

including one that the Administrative Assessor will attempt to inspect.

5. The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 1:00 P.M. on Monday

April 30, 2012
